We were nervous to go through a broker on Zillow but liked the fact that there were many sides by side offers to compare. We compared three brokers as our current home lender for refinancing and found that these guys were the most informative, responsive and had the best deal. The process took about 4 weeks start to finish. We did all paperwork online as his site is secure and we had no issues with the online process. They were on top of all paper needs from the lender and always responded to our emails and phone calls quickly. They told us upfront all costs prior to our decision to go through him as well as along the way and he was pretty close with no hidden costs at any time through the process.
